The pricing of villas at Guruvayoor is too high. Why this escalation ? |

We have to consider the hike in price of land in surrounding areas like Chavakkad etc. The cost of construction is also increasing day by day. |

Can you justify the price merely on reason that price of land is increasing ? |

Good question. Price of villas is fixed not merely considering increase in price of land but also considering amenities provided. |

Let us take the case of villas first. We are providing you cots, beds and bedspreads, pillows, dinning tables with chairs for 4 persons, one set of settees, TV with cable connections, telephone connections, air conditioning of two bedrooms. We are using vitrified tiles for flooring. |

We are providing you with club-house, herbal park, health resort, community hall, library, playground and swimming pool at no extra cost. |
